By accessing and using AceMate (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use the App.
AceMate is a web-based tool designed to assist tennis club captains and administrators in generating, balancing, and tracking social tennis matches. The service is provided "as is" and is free for personal and club use.
AceMate operates entirely within your web browser using
localStorage. Because we do not store your data on
external servers,
you are solely responsible for backing up your player
database
using the provided "Export" functionality. AceMate is not liable
for any data loss that occurs due to clearing your browser cache,
changing devices, updating software, or unexpected browser
behavior.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the match generation algorithm will perfectly suit every potential edge case for your club, nor do we guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
In no event shall AceMate or its creator(s) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on generated match outcomes, player rankings, or lost data.
You agree to use the App for its intended purpose (managing tennis sessions). You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or maliciously exploit the web application or its hosting environment.
