1. Your Data Stays on Your Device

At AceMate, we prioritize your privacy by design. Our application is built as a client-side tool. This means we do not collect, process, or store any of your personal data on external servers. Every player name, UTR score, and match result you enter into AceMate is saved exclusively on the device you are using.

2. How We Use Local Storage

To ensure you don't lose your tournament setup if you accidentally refresh the page, AceMate utilizes your web browser's localStorage functionality. This acts as a temporary, private database strictly isolated to your own browser.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Because your data never leaves your device, it is physically impossible for us to share, sell, or distribute your club's information to third parties, advertisers, or analytics companies.

4. Managing Your Data

You have complete control over your data at all times. You can erase all player and session data instantly by clicking the "New Session" or "Reset App Data" buttons within the app. Alternatively, clearing your browser's cache and cookies will completely wipe all AceMate data from your device.

5. Backups

If you choose to use the "Export" feature, a .json file containing your database is downloaded directly to your local file system. This file is not transmitted through or stored on our servers.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
